Our Mission Statement: One World, One Planet, LLC is dedicated to conservation, preservation and education as related to wildlife and the environment

One World, One Planet was originally formed by wildlife photographer, Traci Law, as a means of sharing her work to a larger audience than today's stock photography generally allows. During the development process, she realized that One World, One Planet had a march larger potential than merely promoting her photographs. It had the potential to be an information center for others concerned about the environment and wildlife. It had the means to offer a place where like-minded people could gather and share ideas, discuss issues and become friends through forums and chatrooms. Yet, with so much information already available at the click of a mouse, how would One World, One Planet stand out After much reseach, Traci realized that a good bit of the information on ways to be eco-friendly was helpful but not always practical for the regular working person. While many would love to be 100% eco-friendly, it is not always a possibility. Many outside factors, such as waste management companies or living in townships that either do not recycle or make it too confusing are only a few of these factors that are out of the average person's control. Where were the websites that gave information the working person could use? Thus, the 'What You Can Do' page was started. The first article, consisting of original photographs showing marine life (crabs and seagulls) dealing with the trash left in their environment, focuses on the importance of doing the simple task of taking all your trash with you or properly disposing of it in a trashbin. It also suggests another way to help the environment is to invest in a hard plastic, reusable water bottle instead of drinking out of the disposable plastic water bottles.

A Percentage Donation Seems Low - Where Does The Rest Go? A very valid, and important, question to ask of any company or person that you don't know. As with any business, there are operating costs, internet fees for websites and so on. One World, One Planet is a new company, less than a year old, and as such, we are still building and growing. Many companies, in their start-up years, do not donate any income until they have built up a continuous monthly profit. We, as photographers involved in the environment, felt it far more important to start off with setting aside a percentage, albeit a small one at the moment, for a cause we all support. The remaining income has been put back into the company to cover the cost of our online store, this website and a consignment booth at Green Tomatoes in Chalfont, PA as well as the annual business tax and legal fees for setting up an LLC. The percentage amount will grow as the company grows. If you have any further questions or concerns about where the money is going, please do not hesitate to contact us and ask.
